Do you only work with AI-built apps?
AI-built apps are our current focus, but authentication, database and deployment problems also happen in conventionally developed projects. Send your stack and the issue first so we can check the fit.
Will you rebuild my entire app?
Usually not. We preserve working parts and address the actual blockers. If a larger architectural change is necessary, we explain it and agree a separate scope before proceeding.
What happens after I share my project?
We review your description for fit, clarify the problem and confirm scope, availability and next steps. Sending a request does not book a package or trigger a payment.
How long will it take?
Timing depends on the project and current availability. We agree a delivery window after reviewing your request and before work begins. There is no automatic same-day turnaround promise.
What if you find more problems?
We document additional issues separately. The agreed scope stays fixed unless you approve a change. New features, unrelated bugs and large rewrites are not automatically included.
Do you need production access or my passwords?
We start with the minimum access needed, usually a repository invitation. Never submit passwords, private API keys, service-role keys, recovery codes or customer personal data. If production access is needed, we explain why and agree a controlled access method first.
Can you guarantee my app is completely secure?
No. We identify and address issues within the agreed scope. A Launch Check or rescue package is not a formal penetration test, compliance audit or guarantee that a system has no vulnerabilities.
